Mathare, andRoysambu have 9 cases each.In Kitui, the 4 1 cases are all in Kitui Central.In Kiambu, the 33 cases are in; Thika 10,Kiambu Town 6, Juja, Kabete,and Lari have 3 cases each. Gatundu South 2,Gatundu North,Githunguri, Kiambaa, Kikuyu, Limuru and Ruiru have 1 case each.In Kericho, the 23 cases are in; Ainamoi23 and Kipkelion East 1 while in Kisii, the19 cases are in; KitutuChacheSouth 18 and BomachogeBorabu1case. Wajir’s3 cases are all in Wajir East and Kakamega the 2 cases are in Butere and Malava1 case each.,She noted that 672 patients have recovered from the disease bringing the total number of recoveries to 15, 970 so far.65 were from various facilities and 607 from home-based care programme. Health Chief Administrative Secretary Dr. Mercy Mwangangi says the country has recorded 515 new COVID-19 cases, raising the country’s total to 29,849.Addressing journalists at Afya House Nairobi Saturday, Dr. Mwangangi said the new cases are from 6,353 samples tested in the last 24 hours.This brings the Country’s cumulative numbers of those tested to 387, 670.
